Heavyweight Wrestling from Washington was the first weekly televised wrestling program produced by the Capitol Wrestling Corporation (CWC), a regional National Wrestling Alliance member promotion and precursor to the WWWF. The show debuted on January 5, 1956, and ran until September 1971, with matches taped at the Capital Arena in Washington, D.C. It was hosted over the years by Bill Malone, Morris Siegel, and Ray Morgan, before being replaced by WWWF's All-Star Wrestling.
