TNA Hard To Kill 2021 took place on January 16, 2021, at Skyway Studios in Nashville, Tennessee. The main event featured a Six-Man Tag Match with Kenny Omega and The Good Brothers taking on Rich Swann, Chris Sabin, and Moose. The card also included a Barbed Wire Massacre match between Eddie Edwards and Sami Callihan, as well as the finals of an eight-team tournament to crown the new Impact Knockouts Tag Team Champions.
